Excitement is in the air – you can already count down the days until SPS IPC Drives, the most important automation trade show in Europe, opens its doors. Much has been done over the last couple of months within Rockwell Automation to prepare for the show. Roland Gloor, our events manager, gives you a peek behind the scenes in this short video. While building our presence for the show, we put a lot of thought into how we can best demonstrate the future of manufacturing and how The Connected Enterprise can make Industrie 4.0 work for you.
Here is what we came up with: A simulated production line that enables visitors to learn about the advantages of The Connected Enterprise and try it out for themselves. Software pods on the stand directly visualise production data from the simulated production line and demonstrate the benefits of real-time data for fast decision-making.
Part of the production line will be a process skid, the iTRAK system and a tray feeder machine. The iTRAK system is a modular and scalable linear motion solution that can increase performance in many applications, using a dynamic and innovative approach.
The flexible tray feeder system for stacking and changing trays from a German machine builder will demonstrate flexibility and performance and is controlled by our midrange portfolio.
This year, SPS IPC Drives will take place one one week after Automation Fair , the annual Rockwell Automation tradeshow hosted this year in Anaheim, California. Many products shown there for the first time will also be on display in Nuremberg.
Don’t miss out on the chance to meet all these great people and to learn more about how The Connected Enterprise brings Industrie 4.0 to life. Visit us at stand 205, hall 9! If you need a free ticket, just use the code on our events page !
